Community and Connection is important. Not just for the sake of Community, but because it ignites 🔥 a feeling of belonging and our purpose.

I have been very fortunate to have been inspired  and motived 3 times in the past few weeks.

For years I have wanted to go to a Raw Food Chef 👩🏽‍🍳training. However these 4 week retreats do not really fit my schedule or are far from home.

But it has been a desire for years, so this year I decided to print 📃the itinerary and leave it open on the table for months.

The date of the retreat past and I did not participate. But I left the itinerary lying around. Lucky me, the Universe 🙏did it’s work.

Only a few minutes away from my house 🛵an raw food chef has opened an restaurant/ co-working space/ art gallery/ food workshop space, called Living Food Lab.

The founder and owner Pauliina Salmenhaara hosted a workshop on Vegan Cheeses🧀.

I was so excited to participated and I’m equally thrilled 😁at the moment after having done the workshop.

As a 🇳🇱 Dutch Vegetarian, cheese used to be my staple… until I found out it caused my skin problems.

After not eating cheese for years, I’m looking forward to making my own vegan Feta, Smoke Cheese, Cream Cheese, Vegan Lasagna and Zucchini.

As I do not have a dehydrator (yet😜), the gorgonzola and goat cheese will have to wait a bit longer.

I will be sharing 💚my endeavours on making this cheeses myself with you, including probable a few epic failures.

Things always show up, when you let the Universe know what you want. But you have to keep your eyes open, because it can be in a different way than you where thinking.
