Hey I’m Inge Hart.

I am an integrative nutrition health and lifestyle coach, entrepreneur and writer dedicated to helping you become the person you want to be.

I believe everyone can live and energetic and fulfilling life and that we all have the power to create that for ourselves. That’s why I support people to take charge of their life by using food as the most powerful tool to initiate change, so they can access their true self and create the life they love.

My education in integrative health and lifestyle promotion started when my two young kept saying they were hungry all the time. Replacing meal ingredients and snacks with wholesome nutritious foods resulted in stable blood sugar and less sickness.

The positive effect on their physical strength and mood blew me away. I decided to continue my endeavour to find out the effects of food on the discomforts, ailments and sickness that where bothering my family members on an individual basis.

During my years of study and becoming a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Lifestyle Coach I linked the children’s running noses, frequent diarrhoea, skin problems and abnormal hormonal development to specific foods they were eating.

I also realised that my foggy head, constipation, bloated belly, tongue irritations, tiredness and sensitivity to stress were symptoms of a leaky gut caused by the wrong lifestyle and food choices. Eating according to our body constitution and leaving out the foods that aggravate us has led to peace, power and happiness in our family.

Living as a Balanced Foodologist

What is It ?

I am the creator of the Balanced Foodologist Formula, a health and lifestyle philosophy based on individuality that relates to all aspects of life. This Formula uses food as the gateway to feel great in your body and clear in your mind every day in an easy, positive and doable way. We all have a lot on our plates managing our busy lives. The Balanced Foodologist Formula provides a method to structure your priorities from your food, to self-care, relationships and to earning an income, so you can create the life you love.

In my online programs, personal guidance and private retreats the principle of eating the foods that are right for you without going on a diet is offered in a hands-on practical way to fit into your busy daily life, so you can easily transform to creating the meals and lifestyle circumstances that will make you and your family thrive.

Results

People who follow the Formula become what I call a Balanced Foodologist. They know how to take care of themselves and thus of others. They understand which foods are right for them and eat and do activities that keep their body and mind in balance. The practical and doable unique daily routines they develop make them feel vital and alive.

The stability of healthy habits provides them with strength to take charge of challenges on all levels. Understanding the effects and use of food and other nourishing elements in life, like home environment, hobbies, exercise, spiritual practice, education and finances gives them the power to use these factors as positive balancing tools creating an energetic and fulfilling life.
